Business Development Manager, M&A (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
• Assess projects to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, and commercial traction.
• Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, and partner introductions.
• Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommending corrective actions if necessary.
• Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 years of work experience in consulting, blockchain business development, or research.
• Financial analysis skills – able to model business plans and return on investment.
• Previous work experience in CeFi or DeFi business development is preferred.
