Business Development Manager - Melbourne Metro & South East

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our Melbourne Metro & South East hospital network, including The Avenue Hospital, Masada Private Hospital, Mitcham Private Hospital, and Waverley Private Hospital, by building and strengthening our Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) pipeline. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future clinical and commercial performance of these facilities by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-value VMOs across key specialties and emerging clinical areas.
