Role Description
The Business Development Manager role at genieX is a full-time position based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the retail and hospitality sectors, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Day-to-day work includes prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering tailored solution presentations and demos, and collaborating with consulting and technical teams to design proposals that align with client requirements. The Business Development Manager will maintain a strong pipeline, prepare forecasts and reports, and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and genieX’s product portfolio to effectively position solutions and contribute feedback to enhance go-to-market strategies.
