Responsibilities:
Product Positioning: Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for our wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals. (30%)
Business Execution: Drive opportunity funnel creation to achieve new product business plans, drive the conversion of opportunities to production and strive to meet or exceed business unit goals and objectives. (20%)
Team & Stakeholder Leadership : Lead and coordinate business development activities across field sales, FAEs, and distributor partners — setting priorities, tracking execution, and holding teams accountable to pipeline milestones and revenue targets. (10%)
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings. (20%)
