What We’re Looking For

• Must-Haves:
• Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, BS Math, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in business development or financial analysis (real estate industry required).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in project management or financial modeling.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends in Cebu.
