Business Development & Recruitment Internship

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential new clients, partners, and business opportunities to drive international growth
• Assisting with outreach and sales activities to support the expansion of ISG's client base
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales decisions
• Contributing to international growth initiatives and helping strengthen ISG's global network
• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through LinkedIn and proactive search strategies to fulfill client needs
• Creating and managing job postings and maintaining applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy
• Conducting initial interviews and supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process
