Business Development Rep

The Job Center Staffing is expanding in Fort Worth and we are hiring a revenue-producing Business Development Representative to drive net-new client acquisition. This is a true outside sales, field-based hunter role. It is not inside sales. It is not an account management position.
This role is built for a producer who thrives on strategic prospecting, territory penetration, and closing new business. If you need leads handed to you, this is not the seat. If you build a pipeline daily and compete to win, you will thrive here.
You will have a dedicated recruiting and operations support team focused on fulfillment and service delivery so you can concentrate on revenue generation and market expansion.
