Business Development Sales

**This Business Development position will be based in Santa Clarita and will oversee a large territory to include areas throughout the San Fernando (Sherman Oaks, Glendale, Burbank), Santa Clarita/Valencia & Simi Valley. Candidates with hands on B2B selling experience in this territory is highly preferred. *We offer a competitive guaranteed base salary + an UNCAPPED COMMISSION PLAN on all new sales contracts.

As a Business Developer, you must be self-driven, goal oriented, highly competitive and a relationship builder. Must have B2B experience in canvasing, prospecting, cold calling, networking and creating long term relationships with prospective HOA & commercial property clients.
