Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms;
- Responsible for collecting and processing the needs from agencies, answering their daily questions, adjusting the operation strategy and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation;
- Responsible for analyzing the weekly or monthly data of agencies and help to improve the activation and loyalty of agencies;
- Grasp and understand the latest industry trends, establish a feedback channel between agencies and the platform on competitor applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required；
- 1 years+ related experience at the internet companies is a plus;
- Have a good command of MS Office;
