Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within the Singapore market. The role focuses on selling staffing and consulting services, building strong client relationships, and expanding BrothersTech’s footprint in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across staffing and consulting services
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and direct outreach
