• Act as a change agent to drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives per the GBE A3 framework.
• Apply and promote Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the organization.

• Use Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques to initiate process improvements, cycle‑time reductions, and cost savings.
• Create and validate standard work processes and best‑practice BPs.
• Identify and drive Yokoten‑based Kaizen projects within agreed timelines.
• Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate a Lean culture through facilitation of Lean deployments.
