Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes customer and Deringer data and processes to deliver actionable insights and solutions that support business performance and strategic decision-making. This role develops reports and dashboards, identifies trends and compliance gaps, and provides recommendations to improve processes, systems, and customer outcomes. It also supports system optimization, training initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and value across the organization.
