As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will support the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions, ensure accurate and timely data operations, and collaborate across local, regional, and global teams. Your work will directly contribute to enabling data-driven decisions for top global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting templates within internal systems based on commercial team requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across data sources, reporting platforms, and delivery systems.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality report delivery; monitor generation processes and fix issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with local and regional commercial stakeholders on reporting and delivery matters.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve system-related reporting issues.
