Job Description
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire – hybrid, ideally 2 days onsite
Pay: £25.54 PAYE / £34.31 Umbrella
Hours: 37 per week, 9:00am–5:30pm
Contract: Temporary 12 weeks / until 15 September 2026, potential to become permanent
DBS: Basic DBS required

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to support our clients Adult Social Care transformation programme.
This is a key role supporting Adults and Housing services with high-quality data, insight, performance reporting and strategic analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, including Adult Social Care leadership teams, to support evidence-led decision making, service improvement, transformation and assurance.
Key duties include:
Acting as the main BI contact for Adults and Housing services
Supporting Adult Social Care transformation, including front door transformation
