Business Intelligence Manager, Credit Union

USC Credit Union is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to enhance our data analytics and reporting, with the primary goal of giving our organization's leaders the key information they need to help them make informed, strategic business decisions. The BI Manager will source and analyze data, perform assessments and risk analysis to identify problems with current company processes, and support in decision making. The BI Manager will collaborate with management to increase efficiency and improve both member and employee experiences.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Builds and maintains the underlying business intelligence infrastructure, including the cloud data warehouse (Snowflake), data models, visual style guides, and the pipelines that move and transform data from source systems into analytics-ready tables.
