Business Manager, APAC (COO Office, Financial Services)

Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong international presence across major financial markets. As part of its continued growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region, they are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the regional leadership team.

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with the APAC COO to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business transformation across the region.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategy into execution, enabling business growth, and driving cross-functional initiatives across APAC.

You will work closely with stakeholders across front office, operations, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and technology to improve organizational effectiveness, support expansion initiatives, and enhance operating models in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
