About the Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our in-store and online sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximising finance opportunities for our customers. You will also liaise directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional finance and insurance experience.
What you'll do
Partner with both in-store and online teams to provide Finance & Insurance (F&I) support and manage escalated cases.
Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
