Business Office Manager

Overview:Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center for youth ages 10-17 where we offer proven, pro-social programs that capitalize on the strengths of youth with emotional or behavioral problems.

Position Summary:Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the financial operations of the behavioral health residential treatment facility. This includes accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, revenue cycle oversight, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The Director of Business Office Services ensures financial integrity and partners with clinical and operational leadership to support high‑quality, sustainable behavioral health services.
