Job Description
Looking for a strong Business ops candidates to support a Chief of staff. This is a chance to join a fast moving Fin tech org. With a focus around Core platform engineering projects. We need candidates that can handle a fast pace, work well with engineering teams and keep strong documentation.

Your day to day:
* Work across the domains and assist with workforce planning, hiring facilitation and reporting.
* Assist with execution, follow up, and coordination of materials for all operating cadences including staff meetings, All-Hands meetings, Engineering health reviews, program, and strategy reviews.
* Monitor and track progress of engineering initiatives through regular report reviews, coordination with engineering leaders, and stakeholder status updates
* Drive special projects on an as-needed basis across a matrixed organization.
