Job Description
- Act as the intermediary between business and IT & Innovation delivery teams;
- Fulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating effective communication flow between business units;
- Provide progress and status reporting to all stakeholders;
- Obtain proficiency in operational systems relevant to projects to a level that assists with problem solving & solution design;
- Obtain specialised knowledge of areas within the business with an aim to become a subject matter expert;
