We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our team supporting Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery (TWSD). You will thrive on variety, pace, and solving real people challenges and love coaching leaders, building capability, and providing grounded, practical advice that helps teams get on with their mahi. If you get energy from being in it – supporting leaders, navigating complex situations, and keeping work moving – you’ll enjoy being part of our team. This role sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day P&C delivery, working closely with leaders and teams to support great people outcomes across MBIE.
