Business Performance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Performance Lead to act as a hybrid on-ground and office-based operational resource, supporting the successful implementation and embedding of operational, financial, and strategic improvements across the portfolio of properties operated by a large sheep trading enterprise.

This individual will work closely with the on-farm operating business and the institutional client to ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and ownership objectives. The role is critical in translating strategy into execution, driving consistency in systems and processes, and improving overall business performance.
