Join L&G as a Business Readiness Analyst (12 month fixed-term contract) and play a key role in delivering change and governance initiatives across our Retail Division. Managing technical debt across products and systems

Collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk

Influencing decisions on technical estate and identifying opportunities

Advocating technical improvements within product roadmaps

Supporting end-to-end delivery of change projects
