Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to manage and expand of our BPS Services based in the USA. Responsibilities include, Building and Managing Customer relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO level. Accountable for targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, and Customer satisfaction. Collaborate with different service practices/horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer. Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders. Pipeline creation through proactive thought papers, PoVs aligning to the industry trends.
