Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and define functional requirements for downstream systems, including accounting, GL/sub-ledger interfaces, reporting feeds, MIS/regulatory extracts, and reconciliation processes.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Integration, and Architecture teams to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
- Define end-to-end flows for deposit events such as account opening, maintenance, interest posting, fees, reversals, closures, and adjustments.
- Produce functional specifications, data mapping requirements, validation rules, processing frequency, cut-off times, and error-handling expectations.
- Support SIT and UAT execution, defect triage, retesting, and traceability from requirements to testing.
- Define and validate reconciliation controls including control totals, balancing rules, GL tie-outs, and exception handling.
