Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to support strategic initiatives within
Capital Markets and Finance systems . The role involves working closely with
Product Controllers, Finance Controllers, and Technology teams
to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document
business and functional requirements
Analyze and support applications involving
Capital Markets products
(Derivatives, Bonds, MBS)
Understand
trade lifecycle , booking, settlement, positions, sub-ledger, and valuations
Perform
data analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage
using SQL and Excel
Analyze and enhance
existing MS Access data models
Create
data flow diagrams, system context diagrams, and solut...
