We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
+ Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
+ Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
+ Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation
Solution Design & Delivery
+ Translate business needs into technical/functional specs
+ Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle
+ Support testing, deployment, and user adoption
Project Leadership
+ Lead small–mid size projects end-to-end
+ Track deliverables, timelines, and risks
+ Support larger enterprise initiatives
