Job Description
Purpose Statement:
The Business System Analyst role will provide day-to-day operational support for SAP and an in-house Order-to-Cash (OTC) application, ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement of business processes. The role includes incident management, system enhancements, testing, data reporting & analytics, and stakeholder management across APAC. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across IT and business teams in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle user inquiries, troubleshoot system and process issues, and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for escalation and resolution when required.
