Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst supports enterprise business applications including the Dynamics 365 ERP platform, data systems, and reporting tools. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure applications support operational efficiency. The position focuses on configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365, documenting workflows, supporting enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and improving reporting capabilities.

ERP & Application Support

Support and configure Dynamics 365 across finance, retail, supply chain, inventory, and order management.

Map business processes to system capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with IT teams or vendors.
