Business Systems Architect (Loyalty and Promotions)

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related program
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing business to business transactions such as development and implementation for Loyalty & Promotions systems/applications
• Must have experience in IT project management, implementation and maintenance

Job Description:

• Gains a deep understanding of loyalty and promotion applications in the market - including their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, as well as the associated vendor landscape
• Understand how customers experience loyalty and promos through physical and digital channels
