Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field
  • 58 years' experience in business systems management, IT operations, application support, or a similar role
  • Experience managing enterprise applications and systems integration projects
  • Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise business systems
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations

Advantageous Qualifications

  • ITIL Certification
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, or Power Platform Certifications
  • SAP, Oracle, or other ERP certifications
  • Agile or Scrum certifications
