Responsibilities

• Command the Machine: Take full operational ownership of our CRM and billing systems. When a glitch tries to disrupt our flow, you don't just troubleshoot - you put it down before it reaches the client.
• Architect Efficiency: Don't just watch the wheels turn, make them spin faster. Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow enhancements that turn good enough into flawless.
