Job Overview
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Business Unit Head to direct and control their business operations. A Business Unit Head is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction for the company to achieve its financial vision, mission and long-term goals. The Business Unit Head reports directly to the Cluster Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development including research and implementation of new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
- Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments with company’s objectives.
- Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission.
