BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (Direct Relationship with Company''s Client) - Baby Products

CLIENT: Leading Healthcare, Personal Care, and Consumer Products Distribution Company

Dubai, UAE

The candidate would manage the Company’s Client’s Sales Unit. The Company’s Client is a manufacturer of feminine care products, baby and childcare products (diapers).

• Managing the entire commercial relationship with the Client’s managers on behalf of the company.
• Managing own team in line with the company’s strategy and business agreements with the Client including the following:

• Annual Sales Budgets by Brand/ Channel in terms of units, value, and GP
• Manage entire Channel Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure proper sales, distribution & execution of trade marketing plans in all relevant channels Retail-Pharma-E-commerce, wholesale, Government, & B2B
