Business/Functional Analyst (1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional Analysis Engage with stakeholders to understand existing business processes and capture functional requirements. Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams. Act as a bridge between business users and delivery teams to support solution design and alignment. Identify gaps in current processes or systems and recommend improvements or alternative solutions. Prepare, update, and maintain functional and process documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Testing & Quality Assurance Define and execute test strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases aligned with requirements. Perform end-to-end testing activities such as system testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing. Log, track, and validate defects through to resolution.
