Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Butcher role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning various meats, poultry, and seafood according to company standards and customer requests. Daily tasks include operating and maintaining meat-cutting equipment, preparing display cases, labeling and pricing products, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock. The role also involves monitoring product quality, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, and minimizing waste through careful handling and processing. The Butcher will interact with customers, answer product-related questions, take special orders, and support the store team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
