As a Butler, you welcome our VIP guests and all other guests who booked a suite. You are key in delivering the best guest experience possible. You assist guests with all their requests and you anticipate on their needs. During their stay, you get to know your guests so you can personalize your service even better. For this position, it is convenient to have knowledge about Amsterdam!
Besides these tasks, you also deliver food & beverage experience and service together with the Room Service department....
