Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Buyer Direct located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, this role involves responsible for Coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment.
What a typical day looks like:
- Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
- Tracking shipments, urging them if needed.
- Regular, weekly check of the stocks, avoiding overstock.
- Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the obsolete report.
