Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key raw materials and packaging inputs.
- Source and procure materials from local and international suppliers.
- Manage procurement activities for imported raw materials, including resins, films, adhesives, inks and related manufacturing materials.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation and value engineering.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and benchmarking exercises.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Lead supplier negotiations relating to pricing, payment terms, lead times and service levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks through supplier diversification and contingency planning.
