Job Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Buyers Assistant for the OldKhaki brand at Cape Union Mart’s Head Office in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to buyers across all product categories.
• Manage the sample room – request, prepare, hand over to photography/marketing and keep it organised.
• Track approvals and pre‑production sample submissions.
• Update the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system with accurate imagery, product lists and reports.
• On‑board new suppliers into the PLM system.
• Administer product codes, raise purchase orders and keep PLM records up‑to‑date.
• Load products onto PLM after range reviews and maintain relevant amendments.
• Prepare and set up sample sales, review documentation and support product development tracking.
• Coordinate sample photography for online channels.
