PURPOSELead Category Strategy & Planning (CS&P) for DT Health & Beauty (H&B) and Professional Channel (proC) within Beauty & Wellbeing, driving accelerated growth in high-potential formats.This role is critical to unlocking H&B growth opportunities and building proC from the ground up, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution excellence.Design and deliver clear, actionable growth plans with defined building blocks and enablers to unlock sustainable growth for B&W.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
