CAD DRAFTER AND ADMIN

• Design development and drafting of engineering, architectural and interior drawing.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Liaise with consultant, project team member for drawing verification and revision.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Work together with other Project Staff and HQ staff for some documentation and administrative works.

• Min Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
• Knowledge in BCA BIM submission standards.
• Min 5 years relevant working experience using BIM Modelling and AutoCAD.
• Prior working experience with Main Contractor will have advantage.
