CAD Drafter / Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings per project specification.
• Update software, drawings and other documents.
• Visit construction site to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
• Monitor and instruct workers in construction site according to plan/drawing.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with government building regulations and engineering principles.
• Prepare documents and submit to government agencies for construction permits.
• Communicate with customer for project requirements.
• Exchange ideas and give recommendations for project team improvements.
• Report and communicate well with the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop.
