The job description includes:
• Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training modules covering structural engineering fundamentals, load calculations, and design methodologies.
• Mentorship & Evaluation: Mentor junior engineers, review their work, and conduct regular assessments to track their learning progress
• Curriculum Updates: Keep training materials aligned with current industry’s best practices, environmental regulations, and local/international building codes
