Required Attributes

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience using Revit MEP in a building services consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (Navisworks experience desirable)
• Good knowledge of BIM processes and coordination principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Team‑focused, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650 standards would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, or other related tools would be advantageous
