Job Description
A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join an award-winning interior design studio dedicated to the successful design and delivery of projects that consistently exceed expectations. My client predominantly works across medium to large projects across the commercial sector.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a talented team of designers, preparing working drawings and coordinate with other team members based upon client's brief, consented planning information and other consultant's information.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of residential projects, valued from £0.5 million £25+ million
- Run projects through technical and delivery stages
- Support the wider team on all technical matters and mentor junior members of the team as staff numbers grow
