Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform CAM programming for mills and lathes in 4 & 5-axis machines.
Create new and edit/modify existing NC programs using NX12 software.
Create 3D solid models.
Able to interpret CAD drawings and consider processes required.
Identify & design work holding/ fixturing, as needed.
Identify and apply appropriate tooling based on material types, equipment considerations, cutting conditions, etc.
Maintain tooling database and inventory.
Troubleshoot issues.
Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
