Caf Chef (Breakfast, Italian and Dessert Cuisine)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Caf Chef to join a growing caf and restaurant operation in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing breakfast items, caf-style dishes, Italian pasta, and desserts while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Emirati-inspired breakfast dishes, Middle Eastern specialties, modern caf menu items, pasta dishes and desserts in a fast-paced caf environment.

• Prepare and present breakfast and brunch menu items (shakshuka, halloumi dishes, labneh dishes, traditional breakfast platters, caf-style sandwiches, croissants, avocado toast, specialty breakfast items).
