Cafe Manager — Lead & Elevate Specialty Coffee

Andaf Corporation is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager from Singapore to lead daily coffee shop operations in Indonesia. This full-time role requires a strong background in coffee shop operations and hospitality, coupled with proven leadership and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for coffee culture. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, and prior experience in specialty coffee shops is preferred.
