Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide efficient food and beverage service to all internal guests. Understand all duties and serve guests in a kind and helpful manner. Adhere to policies, procedures and standards while serving co‑workers and guests.
  • Report to duty punctually in uniform to maintain integrity of co‑workers and guests.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Manager on Duty.
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to department standards and SOPs.
  • Support all areas of the cafeteria by working as a team.
  • Set cafeteria buffet food and beverage lines before each meal period.
  • Reset each buffet line for the next meal period.
  • Ensure buffet lines are fully stocked during meal periods.
  • Identify items for reordering and communicate with the manager on duty daily.
  • Receive goods from the stores department and store items using FIFO and Ecosure standards.
